Description: Two Sessions Only! Learn the basics of the art of the low-flying trapeze: the hip hang, the catcher’s hang, the gazelle, the fugitive, the flapjack… and many more! It’s a great way to express yourself physically and artistically and a great workout too! No trapeze experience is necessary, just come ready to fly.

Fight or Flight is a New York City-based aerial theater company founded by National Theatre Conservatory graduates Steven Cole Hughes, John Behlmann and Eileen Little. Their most recent production was the award-winning HENRY V: ON TRAPEZE.  Broadwayworld.com says Fight or Flight is “making the kind of theatre an audience is afraid to look away from for fear they’ll miss even a moment of the magic.
